The beachfront location was fantastic, with beautiful beach access and everything conveniently located nearby.The staff and hospitality were excellent. The chefs were amazing, the DJ was great, and we really appreciated the security and housekeeping teams for taking such good care of our group.A special thank you to Karolina for providing truly A1 hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay.Overall, the great beachfront location, convenience, and outstanding staff made our stay very enjoyable and memorable.  Verified The home looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool and outdoor amenities were fantastic. The location was also great, with many restaurants within walking distance.Our host was amazing! She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She arranged transportation to and from the airport and even scheduled a private chef for our group.  Verified We loved staying at this AirBnB. Brittany was our contact and she was amazing! She arranged transportation and several excursions for us. She kept in contact at key moments to be sure we were being taken care of by maintenance, transportation, and excursions. If she's assigned to you, you'll be in good hands. The AirBnB was huge, clean, and provisioned (pots, pans, etc). It is an easy walk to the main street and the beach. There was 24hr security and we felt quite safe.

Stayed here with 6 friends as a graduation gift from my parents, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. This place is perfect if you want a mix of nature and nightlife. We were close to so many scenic spots, and also right by great bars and clubs, the best of both worlds. Our host was phenomenal. She booked tours for us and was available for absolutely anything we needed. My favorite part of Jacobay was the soccer goals and the Footvolley court. The pool was gorgeous too. Beds were comfortable for all seven of us and the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend for any group looking for an unforgettable trip.

The condo was amazing and the view is spectacular.  Also, Karolina, our concierge made the trip so convenient, made sure we had food in our fridge, helped arrange our outing and was always available. I’ve already shared with several friends as the value for the stay is exceptional.

The Chef made a cake to celebrate a birthday and it was delicious! Highly recommend all the services they offer. The location is just around the corner from everything!  Verified If you are looking for a nice and calm beach house, this would be the place! Beautiful black sand beach which massive waves! Lots of surfers out there! Definitely not a beach for little kids or people trying to play in the ocean. Pool is beautiful and the views from upstairs are great as well. Lots of parrots flying around and other wildlife. There are many restaurants about a mile away and you are about 4 miles from downtown Jaco if you are looking for night life. Overall very awesome!

  We had an amazing experience with Costa Rica Elite and I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in traveling to Costa Rica!  Our extended family of 17 people (4 siblings and our families) stayed in an amazing house right on the beach in Jaco.  Karolina our concierge was absolutely fantastic -- I can't say enough good things about her!  She helped us organize several outings and activities, worked with us to bring in private chefs for a few meals (a total gamechanger!), recommended restaurants, coordinated transportation from the house to the airport for a few family members who needed to leave early, and checked in on us every day.  She was responsive, organized, efficient, truly kind, and helped make this a wonderful trip for our whole family.  The whole team -- Karolina, Walter the security guard, Vicki with housekeeping -- were wonderful to work with.

  AMAZING experience all around! We had a group of 14, several 18yr old boys. The house was perfect, had A/C in every room, great pool and hot tub, right on the beach for lounging, surfing, local bars, restaurants and town all within walking distance. Karolina was the best host! She quickly responded and handled anything needed throughout the whole process. From recommendations, scheduling excursions to daily questions, couldn’t be happier! I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we received! My fiancé is currently staying there for his bachelor trip, and I decided at the last minute that I wanted to surprise him with some decorations. Despite the short notice, Brittany and her team went above and beyond to make it happen. Being on the other side of the world, I wasn't sure how smoothly everything would come together, but Brittany's communication, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made the entire process effortless. The care and hospitality she showed throughout were truly exceptional. Thank you so much to Brittany and the entire team for helping create such a special surprise.  Verified Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great and within walking distance to the strip, which made getting around very convenient. The host was very attentive, proactive, and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance.The property was mostly clean, though one of the bedrooms had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, and one of the curtains had fallen down before we checked in.  Verified Hicimos la reservación por una situación que estábamos teniendo en otro airbnb y nos urgía cambiarnos, a las 3 pm reservamos y a las 6 ya estábamos entrando, realmente el servicio para algo que fue tan rápido, fue excelente, la comunicación con Karolina super fluida y fácil, a pesar de la premura fue como si hubiéramos reservado con mucho tiempo de anticipación.El apartamento estaba super limpio, a un cuarto no le servía el aire acondicionado y en menos de 30 minutos ya estaba resuelto, la cocina impecable, todo estaba super ordenado y muy muy cómodo para tantas personas, éramos 11. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar si volviéramos a planear ir a Jacó. De verdad agradecemos el servicio y la colaboración que tuvieron para que el check in y todo fuera tan fluido.
