Verified American Airlines had delayed our flight for hours, and by the time we finally made it to Costa Rica, we were exhausted. However, from the moment we arrived at Costa Rica Elite Villa, everything changed. The views, the swimming pool, the atmosphere, and the easy to connect speakers made us play our music and instantly made us feel at home. We grilled, played games, and lots more… In the end, the trip was unforgettable, and the villa was absolutely worth every penny.

Verified We stayed here with a group of 24, ages 4 to 51, traveling from the United States for my 50th birthday. Everything was perfect and the home exceeded expectations. The layout was ideal with one side for the kids and the other for adults, making it comfortable for everyone. The location was unbeatable, about a 30 second walk to the beach and just as close to shops and restaurants.Brittany, the concierge, was outstanding. Very responsive, professional, and helpful from weeks before our trip through each day of our stay. The housekeeper kept everything spotless, and Walter the security guard was friendly and added peace of mind. The home had great amenities including a pool, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and an awesome outdoor bar and grill area. The home was exactly as advertised, if not better, and easily handled our large group without ever feeling crowded or limited in space. We never once felt unsafe. Amazing experience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again.

And our host was truly exceptional. They were always checking in, helping with plans, booking tours, and providing perfect local recommendations that made our trip effortless. This was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had. We fell in love with Jacó — from the beach to the food to the unique energy of the town.Highly recommend this home for any large group or special occasion — it exceeded every expectation. 🌴

Verified Absolutely amazing space! Staff, chef, transportation, activities, and our fabulous concierge took care of every detail. My travel partners were impressed from the moment we walked in and there was not one complaint from anyone. Chefs food was delicious, timely and we all gained weight due to the sheer volume provided. We will definitely book with Chadwick and Casa Elite again. Highly recommended!

Verified If you are in Jaco I highly recommend this house. not only does it come with security at night, but everyone we encountered during our stay was top notch. Walter (security) was always friendly and punctual. Abby (host and concierge) was very responsive and helped us book an awesome private chef service for breakfast and dinners the whole week (private chef Jose created many magnificent meals for us). it's an all in one package and the amenities and service exceeded our expectations. if you're looking for a house that comes with a full service concierge service that makes booking transport, excursion and experiences super easy, this is your spot.

Verified This place was amazing. My group of 16 had plenty of space. Abby was a great host and very responsive to everything I contacted her about prior to arriving . She was helpful with setting up our excursions, transportation , chef services, DJ, decorations and cake for my birthday. The chef service was spectacular and everything they prepared was delicious especially the ribs and taco bar. The pool and hot tub was amazing with the bar right beside it. Location was great with beach being steps away from door. It was also walking distance to some clubs and restaurants and grocery store across street . Everyone in my party had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

Verified For large groups, this is a great house. We were 13 (3 families, consisting of 6 adults and 7 teenagers). Everyone had their own bedroom and almost everyone had their own bathrooms. A big plus. All the bedrooms are similar so equality was fair. This a great house where everyone gets their own space if needed. The house has great outdoor space, the turf lawn, pool, hot tub, outside bar w/TV, plenty of bar stools. Game room w/Pool, foosball and air hockey was great. Kitchen has everything you need and two large tables. Having filtered water, a huge fridge and two sinks were great for when we had our private chefs.Staff is great and makes it feel like your own mini-hotel, with room cleaning and laundry (Leydi is great), maintenance always available, friendly security guards at night. Abby, the concierge, is great. Super responsive and helpful. She set up tons of activities and dinner reservations and dealt with all our fluctuations in schedule.Location is great for Jaco.

Verified One suggestion… there should be a table/dresser of some sort in the bedrooms so there’s somewhere to put your stuff. Also… it should be noted on the website the bathrooms that don’t have receptacles in them and those bedrooms should have a mirror near the receptacle that it does have. These are very minor suggestions. The property was everything you see in the pictures online. It was ideal for our family of 26. Easy access to the beach and both beach and city restaurants. Everyone in the restaurants and shops were really friendly. Although, it was a bit noisy at night with the van driving up and down Main Street nonstop advertising some bar over a loud speaker. That made Jaco’ seem very Las Vegas-y. I need to give a huge shout out to Abby, our concierge. She was absolutely amazing. She was there to respond to all our needs in a very positive way. She went above and beyond expectations. I’m not sure our trip would have been as successful as it was if not for her.

Verified Our large family spent the past week in Jaco for our annual family vacation, staying at Casa Elite. The experience was fantastic! The house was spacious enough for our large family, with even more room than we needed. Abby, our concierge who works with Chadwick, , was outstanding—extremely responsive and helpful both before and during our trip. She always replied within minutes, and all her recommendations, from dining to entertainment, were excellent. Our housemaid came daily and stayed all day, providing exceptional service. We also felt safe with the security guard who came every night. I can't say enough about this beautiful house and the outstanding service that comes with it. This was our best family vacation yet. Thank you Abby, Chadwick and team for an amazing experience.

Verified I was looking for a place for our family of 19 to spend 8 days together in Costa Rica. I found Chadwick’s place - Casa Elite - and it fit the bill. Plenty of space for individual rooms, plenty of bathrooms, great big kitchen with seating at 2 long tables for all of us, theater room, game room, upstairs overlooks to downtown Jaco and the ocean. Restaurants in the area provided great local foods and every one was a real treat. We went on excursions that were top notch also. And speaking of top notch - the concierge at Chadwick’s place was Abby. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this young woman. She responded to text messages instantly. Any requests, she went above and beyond to handle them. Need a birthday cake, Abby. “I’ll ride my bike down to the bakery, take pictures of the cakes, pay for them, bring back the receipts and when you get the chance you can stop in and pick them up.” That is just one example. I could say a lot more, but I’ve run out of available…
