Casa Playa del Rey is a beachfront 11-bedroom, 13-bathroom villa in Jaco, Costa Rica, that sleeps up to 30 guests, about 3 minutes from the center of town. Every bedroom has A/C and a private bathroom, and the house has a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bar and ocean views, with concierge service, daily light housekeeping and an overnight doorman included.

With intimate and exquisite ocean views from the outdoor bar, jacuzzi, pool, kitchen, living/dining room, main bedroom, large outdoor living areas, and an indoor pool & foosball table, nothing is lacking in this magical location. Although the house is on the beach, there is enough privacy and plenty of safety measures to feel safe and comfortable. Each of the eleven bedrooms has air-conditioning, private bathrooms, televisions, and a safe box. Additional half-baths are in the main living area and outside beside the pool. The large, open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for chef service or private entertaining. Speedy WIFI is accessible throughout the house.

The house offers indoor and outdoor dining areas and plenty of lounging areas with exceptional ocean views. While Costa Rica Elite can arrange all desired tours, adventures, and experiences, having such a luxurious beachfront lodging leaves nothing more to be desired. Concierge services, daytime maintenance, daily light housekeeping, and an overnight doorman are all included!

Due to safety, security, and privacy concerns, all hired personnel (Private chefs, car services, bartenders, masseuses, DJs, local guides, etc.) must be contracted through Costa Rica Elite. Though you are welcome to have additional visitors and entertainers, the booking guest agrees to take full responsibility for other visitors. All are expected to adhere to property rules and conditions for the entirety of their stay. Housekeeping comes daily between 8-3 pm, but guests can opt out of housekeeping services any day.  Verified Amazing location and home, as advertised, and excellent host services! Abby checked on us daily and Walter the security guard was so nice, friendly, and helpful! The thing we liked best is that the guest rooms all have private bathrooms and all separate from the common areas (kitchen, living room, pool table), which made relaxing and sleeping nice and quiet. We rented golf carts for a quick 5 minute drive to downtown, and Walter charged them for us nightly. Highly recommend!

 Verified Can’t thank the CR Elite team enough. From the cleaning staff, to the security, to Abby as our concierge, they were all amazing and so helpful. This property is even better than the pictures. We were blown away upon arrival. Literally on the beach, beach bars and great food next door, short walk down the beach to downtown area. Perfect location. Super safe. You step out the back door to Jaco Beach and amazing surf and sunsets. The pool is huge and heated with a big jacuzzi. Lots of activities very close. We did the ATV jungle waterfall tour, full day of fishing, surfing, golf, everything. Couldn’t ask for a better, more memorable stay.  Verified This was a perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It all started with our amazing concierge Abby. I was in contact with her for months trying to plan the perfect trip for family and friends. She did just that! She helped us plan EVERYTHING. Arriving at the house we were met by Abby, and she gave us the tour. The place was complete paradise!! It was VERY clean and so beautifully decorated! We were absolutely blown away. Some of the people in our group commented about renting the same place again. The housekeeping staff were insanely helpful and friendly letting us enjoy the vacation with no cleaning or laundry to worry about. We also enjoyed having some dinners inside the home, they were deliciously prepared. One of the hardest places I've had to leave!

 Verified Family reunion at this incredible home will never be forgotten. The house is simply perfect for gatherings, outings, and relaxing. Bars and restaurants on both sides of the property for easy libations and meals. Jaco is walkable for those who don't mind a little heat and exercise. The pool is fantastic, as are the sleeping arrangements. The beauty of this stunning home, however, is the concierge services provided by Costa Rica Elite, which Chadwick (our host) recommended we use. They went above and beyond to ensure all of our adventure and airport transportations were reliable, safe, comfortable, and timely. Our personal attendant, Abby, was on call almost 24 hours a day and visited us daily to ensure we had all we wanted or required. They also provided a chef we booked all week for breakfasts and dinners) who created authentic CR meals, as well as his own special recipes that thrilled and tantalized us- and, he and his assistant were timely, efficient, tidy, and SUPER charming!

 Verified This place is perfect - Stephanie and the team were absolutely brilliant, from the cleaning lady to the night watch man, the drivers from the transfer company, and the guys on the boat trip we booked through Stephanie - all lovely people and exceptional service all round. The villa was spotlessly clean, right on the beautiful beach, and 5 mins drive from the centre of Jaco (or a short walk down the beach).  Verified The place and the location and the staff were all amazing! This place was right on the beach with bars and restaurants right next door and close by. It was a quick walk to the downtown area which you can get to buy walking on the beach 15 minutes. The pool in the bedrooms are all amazing the kitchen in the game room. We’re great there is surfing right next-door. There are surfboard rentals right next-door and you can surf right outside your door at Hakko beach. It is a great location we came for a bachelor party and it was perfect. I would highly recommend it for a bachelor party or even just for family and friends. The staff helped us out with boat rentals and any activities we wanted to do I would definitely come back.

 Verified I rented this home for my extended family and I to stay at between Christmas and NYE. The place is even better than the photos, and was an ideal setup for several couples and groups of kids.Chadwick hooked us up with chef services who cooked 2 meals a day for us so that we could focus on spending time together and on doing some excursions.  Verified La Casa Playa del Rey is a wonderful place to stay in Jaco. The location is right on the beach and near Jaco main street. The maid is cleaning all the house everyday. Chadwick organized our transport from the airport for a decent price. The pool temperature is 86F and the jacuzzi is heated with a really fast propane heater. Perfect for family vacation.

 Verified We came with a party of 13 (6 adults 7 kids ages 1-8) and LOVED this place. You will feel like a guest at a private resort. The property is amazing, right on the beach, and with a beautiful pool and hot tub from which you can watch the sunset. The house staff was very friendly and accommodating, as was Chadwick, the property owner. It’s in the southern quieter part of town, so just a quick walk in for supplies, but it feels more tranquil because it isn’t right downtown. But if you’re looking for nightlife there are still two bars on the beach within a (literal) 1 minute walk and downtown is just a $2 cab ride or 15 minute walk. I highly recommend this place!Note: If you’re traveling with small children who can’t swim well, it may be helpful to bring a life vest because the pool is really at the heart of the home and easily accessible from every area.

 Verified If there is a nicer place than this in Jaco, I certainly haven’t seen it…and I’ve been to Jaco over 20 times. It an immaculate, elegant, beach front home that i would describe as breathtakingly elegant. It was so cool to also get to have Chadwick at our beck and call. He hooked us up with everything we could possibly imagine from the moment we to the airport and jumped in a nice air conditioned sprinter van with a friendly, perfect english speaking driver. He got us some great deals on tours and even went with us on the atv tour and waterfall hike. Super cool guy. He even took our kids out surfing! Costa Rica Elite really “gets it” when it comes to truly “hosting” their guests. I will be coming back to this place again and again. Thank you Chadwick. You nailed it!!
