We rented both penthouses in building 4 for group of 18 celebrating birthday. Great that we were able to lock front doors and use back doors to go between both penthouses. Plenty of space for everyone.Beautiful views of water, mountains and Jaco. Can walk to town easily for restaurants and easy to walk to beach. Security was great. We will be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience staying at CostaRicaElite. The property is located in a serene, quiet, and relaxing environment, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. The amenities were fully functional and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. I also appreciated the active security measures, which provided an added sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my visit. One of the biggest advantages of the location is its walkable distance to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to drive. There are also several local restaurants and dining options nearby, giving you convenient access to great local food and experiences.Overall, CostaRicaElite offers a great combination of comfort, tranquility, security, convenience, and accessibility. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Costa Rica.

The condo was exactly what we expected and not far from the Jaco strip. The hosts (Brittany) even helped us further by booking and providing suggestions for our activities, transportation, and etc.. whatever was needed. Would definitely book again with the hosts as you get what you need and more!

Great Airbnb for the price! The view and the location are absolutely incredible — it’s walking distance from everything that you need. The AC works great throughout the apartment. The co-host Brittany was INCREDIBLE when it came to being helpful and responsive! She set things up for me with as little as 12 hour notice; can’t thank her enough for all her help during my stay. I had a large group and there were no complaints from anyone about the accommodation.

We had an amzing stay. The hosts were great and very active at all times. They gave suggestions and really made the whole stay more pleasant. The location was away from all the traffic and noise but close enough to walk or take rides to get to all the action when needed. The place was amazing and everything the pictures said it was. I would definitely stay there again!!

Our stay at Chadwick’s Airbnb in Jaco was incredible. We stayed in the top-floor penthouse (7 rooms, 4 bedrooms), perfect for our group of 8 adults, 2 babies, and a pregnant woman. The space was comfortable and ideal for a large group. The pool was fantastic, and great food was less than a 2-minute walk away.Brittany, the co-host/concierge, truly set this apart. She created communication before arrival and was extremely responsive. She booked our in-home massages, golf carts, Tortuga Island, Manuel Antonio, and transportation for everything. When small issues came up (A/C, late transport, missing high chair), she handled them immediately—even offering to personally deliver items. She was also honest about excursions, even advising against options that would’ve cost us more. Pricing was equal to or lower than booking directly, which built significant trust. Highly recommend—if we’re back in CR, Chadwick and Brittany are our first call.

We stayed 7 nights in Jaco Bay for our son's wedding. 35 of the guests stayed in 3 of the 7 bedroom penthouse suites on the 10th floor. Two condo's in tower 4 and 1 in tower 3. We had 11 guests in our unit. The AC & washer and dryer was a blessing. Anytime we had an issue the host, Brittany, was quick to respond. Our condo was very worn and some of the furniture was very close to falling apart. The kitchen does not have any spices and only 1 hair dryer. The upstairs bedroom had a curtain for privacy, but it was very loud. There were lots of activities for guests to do around Jaco. The pool was amazing and the beach, grocery store and many restaurants were a 10 minute walk. The Maxi Pali (Walmart - grocery store) was a 20 minute walk. There were a few places on the beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella for $30 US for the day. Overall having the capacity to have so many people together to celebrate a wedding was amazing and Jaco Bay was a great choice for our group.

Brittany was an outstanding host always easy to reach, quick to respond, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She checked in regularly and gave great local recommendations that made our trip even better.Hiring the chef was one of the best decisions we made the food was outstanding, and he was such a pleasure to talk with. We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday with 10 people very comfortably ... 8 girls and 2 guys! The place was very comfortable and accommodating! One end of the unit had a HUGE bathroom that was perfect for 5-6 girls. At the other end, we had two couples and another person (3 rooms and 2 bathrooms). The loft was perfect for my niece who had her own space with a kingsized bed and her own bathroom. We opted for the personal chef for breakfast one morning and it was AMAZING! We did some excursions (ziplining, a waterfall hike and watching a local surf contest in Villa Hermosa), meeting locals at bars and restaurants downtown was fun! The pool was nice to relax and enjoy downtime. Our concierge, Brittany, was very welcoming, responsive, and made everything so easy. She helped us with transportation, excursions and recommendations for restaurants, stores and local activities. We would recommend this oasis to any large group looking for the perfect getaway in Costa Rica!

This place was almost everything we imagined it would be. Great location that was easily walkable to the beach and to Jaco. Security was awesome and friendly. Felt very secure while we were there. The property itself was on the 10th floor with wonderful views of the area. There was ample space for our group of nine and we did not even have to use on of the rooms. Onsite entertainment was fun too with the karaoke machine, pool table, and foosball table. The pool on the property was great as well. The host was great as well with recommendations around Jaco and always willing to make accommodations that we needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay and was a great basecamp for our adventures in and around Jaco.

Penthouse is more impressive in person! Clean, stocked with necessary supplies, great view. Pool is large and clean, perfect for laying out, relaxing or recuperating. Mostly families on the premises. We were a bachelor party of 7, we were able to do our thing up there without bothering anyone else. Brittany the co-host and point person for the trip was exceptional. She started communicating months ahead to book our trips and excursions. During our 6 day stay she was available 24hrs, not sure when she slept! She made sure we were awake for our 6am trips, made our 8pm dinner rezzies, and had recommendations every night for our 2am outtings. Even after the vacation ended, Brittany was still working for us to get a refund from a canceled excursion. Traveled to over 30 countries and just about as many AirBnBs, this Penthouse with Brittany as co-host has to be at the top. Thank you for making this an Elite experience!

Overall Excellent. Location and size and safety and convenience all exceptional. Its huge and impressive. Only caveat is that the furniture and beddings are more "bachelor party" vibe than "couples get away". The service was exemplary and the place itself is a high end top floor penthouse with lots of space and sweet views.

Had a great stay! The place was super clean and looked just like the photos. The place is really big and the pool was wonderful. The host was really responsive and made sure we got in safely and that the ACs were turned on before we arrived. We got to the apartment late at night and the sheets were not the cleanest, but the host switched them out by the early next morning. The living room is great to have a fun gathering with a comfy sofa and a bunch of games. They provided beach towels and driving services which we used! It was also a very convenient location and close to a lot of things. Could walk/run from the apartment to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place for a large family, or a group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, a short walk or quick drive to a variety of restaurants and the Beach. The Unit was spacious with open areas to get everyone together, and lots of bedrooms to retreat when necessary. The kitchen was well appointed and featured everything we could possibly need. We will definitely return. This is now a favorite spot for our family to celebrate birthdays.

I have visited Jaco for many years and multiple times within same year. I have stayed in nice great ratings places but, Chadwick's place is by far the best place I have stayed at.
