Villa description

With intimate and exquisite ocean views from the outdoor bar, jacuzzi, pool, kitchen, living/dining room, main bedroom, large outdoor living areas, and an indoor pool & foosball table, nothing is lacking in this magical location. Although the house is on the beach, there is enough privacy and plenty of safety measures to feel safe and comfortable. Each of the eight bedrooms has air-conditioning, private bathrooms, televisions, and a safe box. Additional half-baths are in the main living area and outside beside the pool. The large, open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for chef service or private entertaining. Speedy WIFI is accessible throughout the house.
The house offers indoor and outdoor dining areas and plenty of lounging areas with exceptional ocean views. While Costa Rica Elite can arrange all desired tours, adventures, and experiences, having such a luxurious beachfront lodging leaves nothing more to be desired. Concierge services, daytime maintenance, daily light housekeeping, and an overnight doorman are all included!
Due to safety, security, and privacy concerns, all hired personnel (Private chefs, car services, bartenders, masseuses, DJs, local guides, etc.) must be contracted through Costa Rica Elite. Though you are welcome to have additional visitors and entertainers, the booking guest agrees to take full responsibility for other visitors. All are expected to adhere to property rules and conditions for the entirety of their stay. Housekeeping comes daily between 8-3 pm, but guests can opt out of housekeeping services any day. Amenities
Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes. Four-night minimum during high/peak season* $500 Mandatory damage deposit required, which will be reimbursed at checkout. – Cancellation Policies.
