Our hostess, Karolina was amazing! The airbnb was spacious, clean, easy to operate, and most of all cozy. All our questions were answered in a timely manner and we were so close to town, traveling back and forth was not issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This was an amazing stay! Everything was clean and prepared. The view is beautiful. Restaurants and activities are close. Gate security does a fantastic job. Karolina was the best host I’ve ever had. She set up all excursions and transportation. Extremely responsive, and even helped me after my ATV accident. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great and within walking distance to the strip, which made getting around very convenient. The host was very attentive, proactive, and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The property was mostly clean, though one of the bedrooms had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, and one of the curtains had fallen down before we checked in. Aside from those issues, the stay was comfortable and met our needs. We appreciated the host’s communication and hospitality throughout our visit.

Absolutely amazing stay! The penthouse was beautiful, spotless, and the views from the 10th floor were unreal especially at sunset. The location was perfect, peaceful, and close to everything we needed. The host was responsive, professional, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment itself felt luxurious, modern, and very comfortable. Waking up every morning overlooking Jaco was honestly unforgettable. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale getaway.

My group of 12 had an amazing time at this spot - it comfortably fit us all and had air conditioning units in every room plus the living room. Between using the pool table in the living room, the speaker to play music and the large pool the condo offered we had lots of fun things we could do. I appreciated that there were both bath towels and pool towels as well as laundry and plenty of pillows. The place was well stocked with the necessities. Lastly, I cannot express my thanks enough to the hosts who were there whenever we had a question and helped us arrange things like transportation and excursions at competitive prices. The hosts are so attentive and wonderful - I highly recommend this spot.

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Jacó, Costa Rica! The location was perfect, right near downtown with so much to do, yet still felt relaxing and special. Our family loved exploring the area, from the beautiful beaches to snorkeling adventures, and we were even lucky enough to see sloths and monkeys, which was unforgettable. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. The pool was a huge bonus and quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind after full days of exploring. Brittney was an outstanding host. Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on and truly elevated our experience. She was proactive in reaching out daily to ensure things met our expectations. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Costa Rica adventure and would absolutely return!

I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling with a large group. The place is exactly as described and everything was lovely. This was an extremely last-minute trip to Costa Rica (literally booked a week before) because our Jamaica plans got canceled due to the hurricane, and Brittany was so helpful from the moment we reached out.She gave us restaurant recommendations, excursion options, and was always friendly, responsive, and available whenever we needed anything. The Jaco strip is super close and walkable, and the pool area was really nice.10/10 recommend. We’d definitely stay again.

The penthouse was amazing! More than enough space for all my friends & myself. The pool table, 24/7 security, and sand volleyball by the pool were great to have. Plenty of towels, good water pressure in the shower, large kitchen. The penthouse is next door to the fair & also very close to the nightlife - a 15 minute walk or 5 min uber ride. Our host, Brittany, was the best!! She helped coordinate our excursions, restaurant recommendations and transportation. We had a little issue with the stove and she was able to get us help to fix the issue in under an hour. She was very quick to answer all our messages. She was very dependable and responsive as a host.We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Jaco.

Of course! Here’s a polished Airbnb review you can use:⸻Review:I had an absolutely incredible stay! The property itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional concierge service. From the moment I booked, the concierge was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. They were always available for questions, quick to offer great recommendations, and genuinely made me feel cared for throughout the trip. Their accommodating nature made everything so easy and stress-free. It truly felt like having a personal guide and friend throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place enough — it was an unforgettable experience!

We stayed at Chadwick’s place from Friday to Monday and enjoyed every moment. The location was close to everything and only a $3 can ride to the busy strip. The security was great and always made sure we were ok. Britney was amazing and very thoughtful throughout the trip. She made sure we had everything we needed. She set up all of our tours, transportation, local recommendations, and even set up a personal chef during our stay. Overall this was a great trip with 5 Star accommodations. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Great place, and the absolutely game changer was Brittany, our “host”. Nothing we asked was a problem, she was always immediately responsive and went the extra mile. So rare in today’s world! We had a group of 9 women, and this was perfect for our group. Gated community, great pool, and walkable to just about everything. Highly recommend!

This place is conveniently located in the center of the town. Walking distance to everywhere. I did have a leaking air conditioning situation. It was fixed the very next day. The place is very nice and big. The price is amazing. The response time was great. One thing that was not clear was rules with guest. The host said guest is allowed, but was not clear with the rules from the complex. You can have guest. But no guest after 5am. However that still is reasonable. Thanks.

This penthouse was just as the photos showed, and the condo grounds and pool were beautiful and well-maintained, with a 24/7 guarded entry gate. The AC units in each room work great and kept the entire house cool. The penthouse has a beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking Jaco, the mountains, and the ocean. The main downtown street is within walking distance, and has many delicious restaurants—our favorite was Amara. Chadwick and Abby were amazing leading up to our visit and always responded within a couple of hours, if not immediately—and we asked them a TON of questions. They also gave recommendations and offered to help us with scheduling excursions, etc. Abby even called me on the phone a few days before our visit, to make sure that we had our schedule as we wanted and offering her assistance. Also, we ran out of propane for the stove one morning, and the propane was changed out for us that same morning, once we notified Chadwick. We would definitely stay here again!
