Overall incredible experience! The phenomenal daily cleanings, knowledge and responsiveness of Brittney our 24/7 contact, and overall quality of the penthouse made for a 10/10 experience. I would happily return!

Outstanding Penthouse suite that can easily accommodate a group of 5 to 7 people. Awesome views of the ocean and in the heart of Jaco Beach. Would definitely come back again.

Chadwick, Brittany, and staff did a great job on a group visit. Very attentive. They had recommendations and suggestions for all requests made from restaurants, excursions, and relaxation. Everyone enjoyed their stay and will look to use their service again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space had a fantastic view of the ocean, and we were treated to a spectacular New Year's fireworks display right in front of us. Having direct access to the pools and 2 steps to the beach was a huge plus, and the central location made it convenient for restaurants and shopping. Being on the 7th floor also added a nice touch of privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service, even though we didn't need it. The host and their team checked on us regularly, which made us feel well taken care of. We highly recommend this place.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Five star stay, from the communication prior to the stay, to the stay itself. The host Chad was able to stock the fridge, and book some excursions for us. The house itself was great, with all the amenities and the location was the best part. Felt safe the whole time, can’t wait to stay again in the future.

Always enjoy coming to Jaco and this trip was no different. The penthouse was as advertised. Easy check-in, place was as expected. Chadwick was pro-active, willing to help out with any activities or tours as needed. Location can't be beat. Right in the middle of town. Walkable to everything. Beautiful views.

Amazing trip. The condo is amazing and in the perfect location. Literally a five minute walk to everything. Chadwick, our host, took care of everything we needed. From airport pick up to fishing and tours and he was quick to answer any questions about the area and things to do. Five stars all the way!

This place was amazing! Felt much bigger than it appeared in the photos. We very comfortably fit a group of nine adults. The location was perfect - walkable to everywhere in downtown Jaco, and more importantly right on the beach. The kitchen set-up made it easy to cook, walk around balcony was nice, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Chadwick was also very responsive and helped us book a nearby surf tour. Would absolutely stay here again!

Chad and Stephanie thank you for being great hosts.we will definitely stay here again when we come back to CR. What an amazing Penthouse with so many large bedrooms baths and a huge living space. great comfortable furniture and spectacular view of the Cocal and beach. Multiple AC zones and washing machine and dryer. FYI if you are cooking please do buy spices coffee, dishwasher soap/pods, and toiletries as the place provides linens,, pots/pans, and towels only. Team was so responsive to a few small issues we had and not only responded immediately but fixed them in a few hours and stayed in touch throughout. Helped us get a great deal for ATVing and Fishing. Ideal place to stay for a group on a bachelor party. Most importantly security for the entire location made us feel absolutely safe. Allowed guests and helped us with everything we needed. felt absolutely safe. Kept and riffraff out and away. Can't wait till our next trip. Will stay here again.
