Welcome to Casa Mil Bienvenidas, our brand-new beachfront house that is breathtaking. From the moment you step inside, you will be captivated by the stunning views and luxurious amenities that await you. Located in the heart of Playa Hermosa, one of the most treasured beaches in Costa Rica, this house offers the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience.
The house boasts a large pool with a hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful weather. If you’re in the mood for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink, you’ll appreciate that Casa Mil Bienvenidas is just next door to a small hotel with a restaurant and bar. And if you love to cook, you’ll be delighted to find that the kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances that make meal prep a breeze.
The large bathrooms have also been recently remodeled, so you can enjoy a luxurious shower after a day of fun in the sun. And when it’s time to relax and take in the view, you can head up to the massive balcony, complete with a BBQ and bar area, where you can grill up some fresh seafood or sip on a cold drink while watching the waves roll in.
Amenities
Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes. Four-night minimum during high/peak season* $500 Mandatory damage deposit required, which will be reimbursed at checkout. – Cancellation Policies.

Please note: All hired personnel (private chefs, car services, bartenders, masseuses, DJs, local guides, concierges, etc.) must be contracted through Costa Rica Elite. This rule is enforced to ensure our guests’ safety and security and privacy. Guests are welcome to have additional visitors and entertainers, but the booking guest agrees to take full responsibility for them. All visitors and entertainers are expected to adhere to property rules and conditions for the entirety of their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
