The striking interior features 30-foot ceilings, a spiral staircase leading to a second-floor loft, a generous living area, and breathtaking mountain and ocean views from most of its six bedrooms and loft. High-speed internet and numerous additional amenities complete the package.
The spacious, open kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Gather for meals at the six-seat dining table, which easily accommodates additional guests. For an authentic experience, arrange for an affordable private chef to prepare traditional Costa Rican dishes in your vacation home. The condo features all-new amenities, including split air conditioners, three TVs with Netflix and cable access, and a complimentary local cellphone. We’ve furnished the space with premium US-sourced mattresses, pillows, linens, and towels. Located just beyond Jaco’s busy center, the property offers easy beach and town access by foot or car. The north end’s beaches, shops, and restaurants provide a quieter atmosphere and abundant parking—ideal for families, multiple vehicles, or beach equipment. This penthouse serves as the perfect launching point for exploring all that Jaco has to offer.
Property Amenities
Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes. Four-night minimum during high/peak season* $500 Mandatory damage deposit required, which will be reimbursed at checkout. – Cancellation Policies.
