The ATV Tours are a ride of a lifetime through trails, and riverbeds, reach waterfalls, and enjoy stunning views of the Pacific coast on ATVs! Multiple tours are available with different durations! Without a doubt one of the most popular tours around for those who seek to witness the country’s beauty while having the urge for some adrenaline.

A bilingual guide guides the tours (English & Spanish), travels from Jaco up into the mountains along different terrains, witnessing beautiful views of the countryside and pacific ocean, and travel to waterfalls where you can enjoy a refreshing dip. Local rest stops for a quick snack or drink before heading back down the mountain.

ATV Tours are an extreme sport and not recommended for everyone, and we want you to ensure safety practices as you wouldn’t want to spend the rest of your hard-earned vacation in the clinic, so make sure you listen to the guide and have fun! Looking for a different ride than an ATV, there are side-by-side units available; up to 4 people can gear up together and ride the trails in a different but just as enjoyable experience.

Important Information for: ATV Tours

4 Hour tour includes a typical lunch + 1 soft drink.
6-8 Hour tour includes a typical lunch + 1 soft drink.
This tour does NOT include local pickup/drop-off.
The minimum age for drivers is 16 years old.
Activity restrictions, please do not bring flip-flops, sandals, or open shoes.

Open times (first tour starts at 9:00 am).
Waterfalls are included in tours 3 hours or more.
Ideal to bring with you are sunglasses, snacks, water, bug spray, and sunscreen.
A credit card is required for tour security.

We must confirm availability with the operator before your tour will be confirmed. Once you hear back from an agent from Costa Rica Elite with the confirmation your activity will be finalized.
