We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect.. within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants, nightlife, and the beach, which made it so convenient to get around without needing transportation.The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful and very clean, and we really appreciated having 24 hour security, which made us feel safe and comfortable.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. The home looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool and outdoor amenities were fantastic. The location was also great, with many restaurants within walking distance.Our host was amazing! She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She arranged transportation to and from the airport and even scheduled a private chef for our group. Hicimos la reservación por una situación que estábamos teniendo en otro airbnb y nos urgía cambiarnos, a las 3 pm reservamos y a las 6 ya estábamos entrando, realmente el servicio para algo que fue tan rápido, fue excelente, la comunicación con Karolina super fluida y fácil, a pesar de la premura fue como si hubiéramos reservado con mucho tiempo de anticipación.El apartamento estaba super limpio, a un cuarto no le servía el aire acondicionado y en menos de 30 minutos ya estaba resuelto, la cocina impecable, todo estaba super ordenado y muy muy cómodo para tantas personas, éramos 11. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar si volviéramos a planear ir a Jacó. We did not have a single issue with the location or the host. They were extremely responsive and amazing. Security was a little wacky at the location, but nice enough. The pool was amazing, and it was far enough away from downtown where you didn’t feel like you were stuck in the middle of things. We had an incredible stay at this apartment last week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The ApartmentFirst and foremost, the space is impressively large. We were a group, and everyone felt completely comfortable with plenty of room to breathe. It’s rare to find a place that feels this spacious while remaining cozy. Every room is perfectly climate-controlled, which made a huge difference in our comfort level. The apartment is also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay—it truly felt like a home away from home.The AmenitiesThe condominium facilities are top-notch. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool, which was a massive hit. We had a fantastic vacation in Costa Rica. The apartment was really nice, close to everything, very clean and comfortable.The concierge team was excellent. Made everything extremely easy and very smooth from the very start of our vacation until the end.Jaco, the town was a great place and we all thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Costa Rica. Our Penthouse was fantastically located within walking distance to the south end of Jaco where you’ll find an abundance of yummy restaurants. Cant say enough about this place . My second time staying in one of Chadwick's Penthouse , Karolina our Concierge was awesome helped us with everything bookings, Transportation to and from Airport, recommendations, etc loved the pool and the residents super friendly can't wait till I return. This AirBnb was everything my group needed. Spacious penthouse with five king beds which is hard to find when browsing through listings. The view was both a mountain and ocean view as described. Security was great and very helpful making it easy to safely but easily bring additional guests. The shared pool and volleyball field was a really nice amenity to have. The unit itself was very private on one floor only shared by one other unit that was quiet. Brittany and the Costa Rica Elite team were also very helpful in suggestions, help, and excursions/services if you choose to book through them. The fully fledged kitchen and counter area were also a nice thing to have on a longer trip. The location of the place was also conveniently located next to all of the activities to do, nightclubs, food, and beach. Everything about the penthouse was great! Brittany was awesome and helped us find things to do and places to go. the only negative was the small elevator. It could fit maybe 4 people max without accidentally rubbing against the buttons which makes you stop on numerous floors. but 2 or 3 at a time was no problem. also, one morning there was a drumline practicing next door at 8am which woke some of us up...but other that that, it was great views, great hospitality and great space. literally one of the largest condos with super high ceilings made us feel like royalty. would definitely recommend!

The place looked exactly like the photos, very clean. Brittany was awesome! She was very responsive every time we needed her, and was very involved in scheduling activities and dining recommendations. The only negative we had was the elevator. Throughout our entire 6 day stay, while using the elevator it stop at every other floor while going to and from the 10th floor (location of the Penthouse). Loved Jaco bay amazing layout easy access to get in and out Brittany was the real MVP of our trip. From the jump, she made the whole process smooth and stress free. She helped us lock in transportation before we even landed, gave us a bunch of solid food spot recommendations, and even asked if she could swing by in person just to check on us and make sure everything was good who does that!? You can tell she really cares.She was always quick to respond, super helpful with every little question we had, and honestly just made everything feel easy. It felt more like having a personal guide than just a host. We just had the best time! the space is open light and airy. High ceilings and tons of sitting room. The front balcony was a huge attraction and we spent a lot of time watching the sunrise and set. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed night swims. The property itself is kept beautifully and is very safe in terms of guards at the front door . Brittany our concierge was so responsive and made everything so fun and easy. she had the best suggestions and really got to know my family.In general, the hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment is also very Shabbos friendly. it is a 10-minute walk from the chabad. it has stairs so there's no worry about elevators. and it is gated so we were able to take things around. La historia es:Reservamos una casa en Jacó de otro anfitrión y estaba muy mal en todo aspecto, pésimo. Entonces ya estando en jaco decepcionados cancelamos la otra reserva y navegando un poco en la app vimos el anuncio de Chadwick por el Penthouse en Jaco bay y nos respondió super rápido, además ya tenían todo limpio listo para llegar y disfrutar entonces reservamos y pudimos reservar y entrar en menos de media hora. Me parece excelente que ya tengan alojamientos limpios y listos para recibir vacacionistas, aún sin haber reservado con anticipación. This is my second time staying at this location, the views are amazing. We booked transportation through the host and van was huge and nice. Brittany were very responsive to any needs we had on trip. Our stay at Chadwick's place was phenomenal. Location was amazing, close to all necessities. Everything was in walking distance. The place was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The showers was relaxing and water was always hot. The A/Cs were super cold and chill the entire penthouse without issue. The gate guards were respectful and professional. Overall stay was good. All bederoom expect one did not had A/C or a fan as also mentioned by Dee below from Virginia. Person staying in that room was uncomfortable as it was hot and muggy. Other then that there was also water leaking from one of the bathroom's ceiling making it unusable during the stay and also slippery and dangerous. Few of kitchen lights were not working which needed replacement. Condo overall was clean and is in good location and not far away from the main strip easily walkable if there is no rain. Security is good in the condo and they do check for persons going in and out making it safe. Swimming pool is really big and beautiful. Abby was really responsive with good response time. Chadwick’s place is amazing! The pictures don’t do the views justice and the pool is outstanding. There are 6 bedrooms and a loft room, all but one have A/C. Plenty of room in common area and washer/dryer was definitely a welcomed sight. The place is in walking distance of everything but there is a golf cart rental spot just around the corner if you’re lazy 🤪. Great guest policy and super private. My friends and I were looking for a place where we could stay close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. When we saw the ad for this condominium, we were a bit skeptical because it looked too good to be true. However, upon arrival, we were delighted with this location. This enormous condominium is really well laid out. There is an excellent central gathering area that includes a pool table. There is also a big dining table and a very nice kitchen. There is a cool loft bedroom upstairs. The other bedrooms were all private and comfortable. Every time we attempted to communicate with the owners, we received a response within minutes. Exceptional service. Because we have a lot of local friends, we had guests coming and going frequently. While there were some hiccups with security at the front gate, it was not the fault of the owners. The condo complex consists of several towers around a very nice pool area. This place was amazing! It was perfect for my family of 10. Very comfortable and spacious. I dealt with Abby the entire time, she was available and responsive from the time of booking. There were some minor issues, Abby had maintenance there very quickly. We booked our transportation to and from the airport through their company, our driver Maurice couldn’t do enough for us. The penthouse was spotless. I had forgotten it had a washer and dryer. There were so many shops and restaurants that were walkable, and Uber is super cheap. The beach is close by, the pathway to it was a quite mucky. The beach was not so nice. There was tons of debris from the rain. The waves were super high, would not consider it swimmable. The pool is very nice, but there are a lot of rules and a ton of kids, we did enjoy it though. The area was beautiful and very scenic, between the mountains on the left and the ocean on the right. I highly recommend. Chadwick and Abby were awesome. Hope to return soon.
