Located in the heart of Jaco, steps away from the stunning Jaco Beach, our rental property Casa Elite offers the perfect accommodation for large groups. With a total of 13 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, you’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. On the third floor, you’ll find two luxurious master suites, each with its own private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. For even more comfort, we have eight bedrooms with jack and jill bathrooms, ensuring everyone can freshen up easily.
But that’s not all! Our property Casal Elite boasts an array of amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Dip in the refreshing pool or unwind in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The Game/living room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball, providing endless entertainment for everyone. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals easily. Need some relaxation time? Step into our steam room or take a refreshing dip in the invigorating cold plunge.
Enjoy the outdoors in our BBQ area and outdoor bar, perfect for hosting gatherings and enjoying the beautiful weather. Take in the breathtaking views from the large balconies, and don’t worry about laundry, as we provide maid quarters with washing machines for your convenience. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, our rental price includes nighttime security. Additionally, our dedicated housekeeping staff will take care of daily cleaning, allowing you to enjoy your vacation without any worries. With our central location, spacious accommodations, and top-notch amenities, our rental property Casa Elite is the ideal choice for your next group getaway.
Amenities
Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes. Four-night minimum during high/peak season* $500 Mandatory damage deposit required, which will be reimbursed at checkout. – Cancellation Policies.
Safety, Security, and Privacy
Please note: All hired personnel (private chefs, car services, bartenders, masseuses, DJs, local guides, concierges, etc.) must be contracted through Costa Rica Elite. This rule is enforced to ensure our guests’ safety and security and privacy. Guests are welcome to have additional visitors and entertainers, but the booking guest agrees to take full responsibility for them. All visitors and entertainers are expected to adhere to property rules and conditions for the entirety of their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
