Penthouse description
We like to introduce you to our second penthouse in the Jaco Bay community. Penthouse number #41001 with a similar layout to the first; as we’ve had so many compliments with the first design, we tried staying with what works. This penthouse offers one of the best views in all of Jaco, this spacious luxury penthouse is the perfect location for your next multi-family vacation, bachelor’s or bachelorette party, family reunion, or travel adventure. The modern build-out includes a 30-foot ceiling, spiral staircase to the second-floor loft, pool table in the living area, breathtaking views of the mountains and the ocean, six bedrooms and a loft (most with pictures), super speedy internet, and much more!
The significant, open kitchen has bar seating for eight, is fully stocked for all your culinary pleasures, and even has an espresso machine for caffeine. Come together for group meals at the large, 14-seat dining table, and hire an affordable private chef to serve typical Costa Rican fare from the comfort of your home away from home. Everything in the condo is new, including 12 air conditioners and three television sets with Netflix and cable; the rental even comes with a local cellphone. Like all our properties, it is furnished with the best mattresses, pillows, and excellent sheets and towels from the US. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Jaco, this property is a short walk or a very short drive into town or to the beach. The beaches, stores, and restaurants on the north end tend to be less populated and have greater parking capacity, which is a huge plus if you have kids, multiple cars, or lots of gear. This is the perfect home base for all your Jaco adventures.
Amenities
Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes.
