Penthouse description
Welcome to our fifth penthouse in the Jaco Bay community, Penthouse #41002. With a similar layout to our other units, we stuck with a design that received positive feedback. This penthouse boasts one of the best views in Jaco, making it ideal for multi-family vacations, parties, reunions, or travel adventures. It features a 30-foot ceiling, a spiral staircase to a second-floor loft, a pool table in the living area, stunning mountain and ocean views, six bedrooms and a loft, high-speed internet, and more.
The large open kitchen, is fully equipped for cooking. The dining table is perfect for group meals, and you can hire an private chef to prepare traditional Costa Rican cuisine. The condo is furnished with new appliances, including split air conditioners, keep it cold!. Located just outside Jaco’s busy center, the property is a short walk or drive to town or the beach. The northern end, with its less crowded beaches, shops, and restaurants, offers ample parking, making it ideal for families or groups with multiple cars or lots of gear. Use this property as your perfect base for all your Jaco adventures.
Amenities
Cancel your deposit for a refund within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Change your reservation for free if you’re more than 30 days out. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival—no cancellations or refunds within 30 days. Consider traveler’s insurance for last-minute changes. Four-night minimum during high/peak season* $500 Mandatory damage deposit required, which will be reimbursed at checkout. – Cancellation Policies.
